Plain-language summary

CC Apps operates Worship Drummer. The app does not require an account, and your own songs, set lists, settings, and performance history are not uploaded to the Worship Drummer catalogue.

The app contacts Supabase to refresh published catalogue metadata and download artwork. It also contacts Statsig at launch for a feature flag controlling artwork presentation. Apple may process purchase and diagnostic information. Those services can receive technical request data such as IP address, device or app information, and timestamps.

Data stored on your device

Worship Drummer stores the following inside the app’s iOS sandbox:

• songs, albums, set lists, set-list entries, and local catalogue customisations;
• tempo, time signature, subdivision, click sound, volume, appearance, and playback settings;
• the last Stage context so the app can restore where you left off;
• a cached copy of published catalogue metadata and downloaded artwork.

The app does not include end-user accounts, cloud library sync, advertising identifiers, location access, contacts access, camera access, or microphone access.

Catalogue requests through Supabase

When the catalogue loads or refreshes, the app makes read-only requests to our Supabase project for published song metadata and artwork. The app sends a public application key and the technical data normally required to serve an HTTPS request. Supabase infrastructure may log IP address, request path, timestamp, response status, and related security or rate-limit information.

Catalogue search is performed against the cached index on your device. Search terms, locally created songs, set lists, settings, and playback activity are not sent to Supabase by the iOS app.

Feature configuration through Statsig

The app initializes the Statsig iOS SDK at launch with an empty app user object. It checks one feature flag that determines whether licensed or generic catalogue artwork is shown. Worship Drummer does not provide Statsig with your name, email address, account ID, local songs, set lists, or search terms.

The Statsig SDK may generate or process technical identifiers, device and app information, IP address, feature-gate checks, and timestamps under its own service configuration. Exact identifier and retention settings are being reviewed before public release and must be aligned with the App Store privacy disclosures.

Apple services and diagnostics

Apple processes App Store distribution and any purchase using your Apple Account. CC Apps does not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide aggregated storefront, acquisition, purchase, crash, and diagnostic information through App Store Connect or TestFlight, depending on your device settings and Apple’s services.

Worship Drummer has no separate third-party crash-reporting SDK. It relies on Apple-provided diagnostics when those reports are available.

This website and support email

This static website sets no advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies and includes no advertising pixels. Netlify hosts the site and may retain ordinary request and security logs, including IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamp.

If you email support, your email provider and ours process the address, message, attachments, and technical details you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate the request. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you edit it or delete the app. Deleting the app removes its local sandbox from that device. Copies may remain in an encrypted device backup according to your Apple backup settings.

Supabase, Statsig, Netlify, Apple, and email providers retain technical records according to their configurations and applicable policies. Provider-specific retention periods are being confirmed before release. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain service records, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

• Use the standalone metronome, local songs, and imported set lists offline.
• Choose whether to contact support and what information to include.
• Control Apple diagnostic sharing and device backups in iOS Settings.
• Delete local songs, set lists, or the entire app from your device.

Because the iOS app has no end-user account, we generally cannot link catalogue request logs to a named person or retrieve a personal cloud library for you.

Children and international processing

Worship Drummer is a general music utility for church drummers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request a child’s name, contact details, or account registration through the app.

Supabase, Statsig, Apple, Netlify, and email providers may process technical data in countries other than your own. Their safeguards and hosting regions are subject to the relevant service agreements and require final operator review before launch.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will identify the current version.
